Senior Business Analyst - Remote

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our client's team. We need a highly skilled and adaptable professional to support a diverse range of technology-driven projects across our organization.

This is a dynamic role where you'll apply your expertise in a fast-paced environment, working with various teams and leaders to deliver successful outcomes.

This position is ideal for someone with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills who can quickly pivot between different projects and priorities.

You'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our projects meet strategic goals and provide value to the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

Requirements Elicitation & Documentation : Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for a variety of projects.

Prepare clear, accurate documentation and presentations for stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Facilitate meetings and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams. Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented.

Analysis & Design : Develop process flows, user stories, use cases, metrics, and KPIs to support organizational objectives.

Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions.

Project Support : Contribute to test strategies, QA, and go-live activities. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help develop mitigation strategies.

Communication & Change Management : Write, proofread, and edit technical and end-user documentation. Support change management efforts by effectively communicating project impacts and benefits to all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements :

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a healthcare setting.

Minimum 2 years of experience working on data integration or interoperability projects.

An MBA in Healthcare Administration.

Desired Qualifications :

Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications for data integration and reports.

Previous experience with major EMR and / or eReferral systems.

A proven ability to communicate complex issues effectively to a variety of audiences, from senior leaders to frontline staff.

Experience in a large, complex multi-enterprise environment, adept at building strong relationships and navigating competing needs.

A conceptual thinker with strong consulting, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Previous experience developing test strategies and coordinating testing activities.
