• Dataverse Management – Solutions, components, environments.
• Power Apps Configuration – Tables, views, dashboards, forms.
• Power Automate Flows – Simple to complex automations.
• SQL for Dataverse – Simple + complex queries via TDS.
• XRM Toolbox – Plugin‑based admin / dev support.
• Software Delivery Skills – Milestones, estimates, stable deployments.
• Consulting Skills – Understand client + business impact.
• Leadership & Influence – Direction, mentoring, technical decisions.
• Power Platform Certs – PL‑900 + PL‑200 / PL‑400.
