PART TIME CONSCIOUS CAREGIVER WANTED

We are a conscious, connection-focused family seeking an additional caregiver who will love our 8-year-old son unconditionally and fully embrace our family.

We are looking for someone eager to learn and be at the forefront of modern parenting. We practice a connection based and non-controlling approach to parenting (no fear, shame, punishments, rewards or distractions) that encourages children's freedom of expression and authenticity. This allows our son to feel seen, heard, valued, and accepted exactly as he is.

This position is for you if :

• You are a self-reflective individual who understands that your current relationships mirror the unresolved emotional pain from your childhood. To address this, you actively engage in inner child healing through things such as shadow work, self-discovery modalities (yogic practices, meditation, journaling, therapy, etc.. to name a few) and emotional healing.
• Your goal is to break unhealthy cycles and develop long-term, deep, meaningful, and authentic relationships.

Additionally, you are open to learning and implementing the hand-in-hand parenting approach. This will not only help you deepen your own inner child healing but also allow you to raise children with warmth, attunement to their needs, and the freedom to authentically express the full range of their emotions if you choose to have children one day.

Ultimately, you see childcare as a long-term passion where you can apply these principles to support children's healthy development.
