This role is located at Nutrien's Joffre, Alberta site and is not eligible for remote work.

What You'll Do :

• Monitor and operate equipment and associated systems within standard operating conditions and limits
• Obtain Steam time working with the Shift Engineer
• Perform duties in a safe manner with a consistent awareness for well‑being of all employees
• Troubleshooting abnormal readings or equipment to maintain safe reliable operations
• Work in a team environment
• Exhibit exceptional decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work rotating shift schedule (days and nights) of 12 hours per shift

What You'll Bring :

Previous related work experience in an industrial / mechanical setting is preferred
