Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Business Intelligence and Technology team, which includes Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and Developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions, managing the analysis and interpretation of complex data, and leading the design, development, and deployment of software applications and systems. The Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop technical solutions, lead CI / CD and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Ressource Management

• Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and Developers to design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions and software applications
• Manage a team of 15-20 Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and Developers
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
