Blume is seeking an exceptional Director of Finance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. Reporting to the Group CFO and partnering closely with the CEO of Blume, this is a senior, high‑impact leadership role at the heart of commercial decision‑making. You will lead all aspects of financial strategy, reporting, and operational finance for Blume, providing deep commercial insight, robust financial control, and strategic clarity to support ambitious growth plans.
