Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Change Manager to develop strategy, plan, and approach to assist users with the launch of a new platform.
The large-scale transformation is set to launch on the new platform in December . The transition to the new system necessarily introduces changes to individuals and teams who are directly or indirectly supporting the existing systems. As a result, a Change Management consultant is required to develop a comprehensive change management strategy, plan, and approach to assist those impacted to adjust and adapt to the changes.
Tasks :
- Create specific change management plans with respect to training and orientation of employees impacted
- Develop a detailed work plan based on the change agenda and how the various changes will need to be implemented.
- Conduct an assessment of change impact and requirements.
- Establish and maintain a close engagement with specialists from the HR, training, and communication branches to ensure a smooth transition to change and organization-wide successful implementation of these change initiatives.
- Develop a change management and communications strategy and plan for with respect to the implementation.
- Develop presentation and other communication materials to present at Senior Leadership levels.
