Job description

We're seeking a Lead Technician to join our clients team in the Halifax area.What We Offer :

Salary : $80k-100K annually

What You'll Do :

Carry out on-site repairs at various locations in the HRM with occasional trips to PEI when necessary

Complete regular checks on equipment according to weekly / monthly / annual schedules

Prioritize repairs on car wash equipment to reduce downtime

Aid in the installation of new car wash equipment

Work with contractors when required

Assist with training team members on repairs and maintenance procedures

What We're Looking For :

Must have a Class 5 License with a clear driver's abstract

At least 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair, including plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems

Previous experience as an electrician, plumber, superintendent, or millwright. A red real certificate or diploma is an asset.

Strong communication, team-focused attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills

Flexible to travel between locations
