Technology Trainer - Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic Technology Trainer to design and deliver impactful learning programs that empower professionals across the Firm. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering technology adoption and enhancing efficiency through innovative educational strategies.

Technology Trainer - Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver engaging technology education sessions tailored to Firm personnel's needs.
• Conduct new hire onboarding and continuous learning workshops for staff and lawyers on the Firm’s technology and software applications.
• Design and maintain high-quality instructional materials, including instructor guides and visual aids.
• Produce high-quality, engaging instructional videos for on-demand learning opportunities.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital learning library accessible through the Firm’s LMS and intranet.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand and communicate the value of technology tools.
• Gather feedback to identify skill gaps and refine learning materials.
• Explore innovative learning strategies, such as gamification and microlearning.
• Test and evaluate new software to assess usability and user impact.
