Responsibilities :
- Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time for salaried and hourly employees
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial / state, and local payroll legislation and tax requirements
- Calculate and reconcile payroll deductions, benefits, bonuses, commissions, and overtime
- Prepare and submit statutory remittances (CPP, EI, income tax, garnishments, etc.)
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management in a timely manner
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll approval
- Prepare year-end payroll activities including T4s, ROEs, and other regulatory filings
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy and alignment
- Support audits by providing payroll documentation and reports as required
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and system efficiencies

ADP experience is preferredPCP is preferredExperience with BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC and NL provincesProcessing hourly and salaried hoursProcessing payroll for at least 500 associatesHaving done a full cycle payroll on their own.
