Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in QA Automation.
• Proficiency in Digital: Pega, Core Java, and Selenium.
• Experience in Pega and Selenium with Java, BDD Automation Framework.
• Strong understanding of test automation strategy and best practices.
• Experience with Agile software delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Client ALM, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in collaborating with multiple teams for requirement clarification and automation approach.
• Ability to develop an optimized test coverage solution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create and implement test automation strategies at a portfolio level.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams for framework selection and implementation.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure clear requirement understanding.
• Develop automated testing solutions with a focus on optimized test coverage.
