• Promote and represent financial products at in-person events across the city
• Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate consumers on product benefits and help them sign up on the spot
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
• Provide real-time feedback from customers to the broader team
• Track your own performance through instant commission alerts
• Support the success of the team by collaborating and sharing best practices

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping Canadians discover better financial solutions
• Willingness to travel across Belleville and attend local activation events
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, or customer service is a plus
