We're looking for you to join our team as a Employer Brand Specialist in select locations across Turtle Island (Canada).

As an Employer Brand Specialist within the Employee Experience National Centre of Excellence at KPMG, you will play a key role in shaping and sharing the KPMG employee story with experienced hire candidates nationwide.

Your responsibilities include leading the development, execution, and analysis of paid advertising campaigns, optimizing ongoing LinkedIn recruitment efforts, and collaborating with talent attraction teams to align marketing strategies with recruitment goals.

You will also create compelling content for social media, websites, digital advertising, and internal presentations, while managing creative assets for employer award announcements.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support our National Talent Attraction team and will work be required to communicate with English-speaking colleagues.

This individual will be required to create documentation and campaigns for English-speaking provinces.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $53,000 to $79,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications.

  • Experience working in a high-paced marketing role, including end-to-end campaign management
  • Able to successfully managing projects with multiple stakeholders and leveraging internal teams
  • Ability to write and speak fluently in French
  • Enthusiasm, energy, creativity and curiosity for new ideas, technologies, and marketing trends
