Key Responsibilities

Culinary Leadership

  • Develop seasonal dessert menus for all three restaurants
  • Design signature plated desserts, event desserts, and specialty items
  • Ensure consistency and quality control across all locations
  • Create recipes with standardized yields and plating guides
  • Lead R&D for new concepts, events, and private dining experiences
  • Develop holiday and feature-driven pastry programs

Production & Operations

  • Oversee centralized or distributed pastry production
  • Create prep lists and production schedules for all locations
  • Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation procedures
  • Monitor daily pars and minimize waste
