Your Mission :

• Packing pharmaceutical products as per seasonal protocols;
• Working with each vendors shipping software to create waybills for specific locations;
• Verifying shipments are sent to the correct location and as per the expected delivery schedule;
• Assist with dispensing activities such as filling and labelling medication;
• Assist with inventory activities such as receiving orders and counting inventory weekly;
• Resolve payment or drug coverage issues with payers including insurance companies patient support programs and patients;
• Work with financial information including entering data into computer software preparing invoices and maintaining patient AR accounts;

Participating in responding to communication from various stakeholders including monitoring email accounts and answering phones; and

Diligent and proactive monitoring of claims with issues resolving before the patient dose date.

Compensation : At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
