UI / UX Developer

Charger Logistics is a world class asset-based carrier. We specialize in delivering assets, on time and on budget. With the diverse fleet of equipment, we can handle a range of freight, including dedicated loads, specialized hauls, temperature-controlled goods and HAZMAT cargo.

Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up. We are currently seeking a hands-on UI / UX Developer to join our Brampton head office. This role is ideal for someone who can contribute across the full UX lifecycle while also bringing strong front-end development expertise to build modern, scalable, and user-centric digital products.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and contribute to the end-to-end UI / UX process from research and concept to design, development support, and iteration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Design and visualize intuitive user interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Create personas, user journeys, storyboards, sitemaps, process flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Build modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces following mobile-first principles.
• Design dashboards and data-heavy interfaces including filters, bulk actions, status indicators, and real-time updates.
• Conduct usability testing and stakeholder interviews; translate insights into meaningful design improvements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design consistency, feasibility, and performance optimization.
• Apply modern UI / UX trends such as micro-interactions, card-based layouts, and contemporary visual styles.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while meeting tight deadlines.
