IT Systems Specialist

Salary : $80,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements :

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT and system administration, with a strong emphasis on Servers and Virtualization.
• Microsoft MCSE or A+ certification, VMWare Certified Professional, Cisco Certified Network Associate, or equivalent certifications.
• Comprehensive understanding of networking systems and protocols.
• A proactive individual who can work independently with minimal oversight and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• A hands-on approach, willing to engage in practical tasks.
• Fluent in English, capable of clearly expressing thoughts, ideas, issues, and suggestions.

Responsibilities :

Identifying faults and troubleshooting issues.

Performing physical hardware and server maintenance.

Managing virus definitions and quarantine protocols.

Interacting with and providing support to Gatekeeper employees and clients.

Collaborating closely with the product development team.

Participating in the launch and first customer implementation of new products and systems.

Documenting and maintaining network infrastructure and design.

Maintaining CyberSecurity, Network Security, and associated policies.

Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining servers in remote colocation centers as well as on-site.

Offering desktop support and fulfilling additional duties as necessary.
