Analyze sales, traffic and productivity reports. Open and close store. Respect policies and procedures. Perform other duties as needed. Previous team management experience in a retail environment. Passion for feel‑good femininity clothing. Strong leadership and motivation skills. Excellent communication and team player. Customer‑ and team‑focused listening. Goal setting and achievement. About the Role
As a member of the management team, you will support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards and motivating your team to excel.
Key Responsibilities
Sales :
- Train team on customer support and sales techniques.
- Provide warm welcome, explain product features.
- Coordinate store activities with management.
- Maintain excellent customer service.
- Achieve personal sales goals.
- Share information to achieve joint sales goals.
