Position: Finance Manager - No OvertimeLocation: Ville Saint-Laurent - Hybrid A privately owned manufacturing and distribution company supplying Canada's largest retailers with products from some of the world's most respected brands is currently seeking an Finance Manager to join its finance team.Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced yet balanced environment, supporting a growing organization with strong operational reach across Canada. This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office) with no overtime and a reduced summer schedule on Fridays.The ideal candidate is a CPA with strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement. If you're looking to grow within a dynamic organization that values both impact and balance, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with ASPE- Ensure accuracy of the General Ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes within a manufacturing and distribution environment- Analyze monthly manufacturing and distribution variances to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities- Contribute to product and customer profitability analysis to promote transparency and strategic insight- Track and report on key accounting operations KPIs to improve team performance- Maintain and promote strong internal controls; support external audit processes- Participate in ERP system optimization and implementation of new finance and business processes- Prepare ad hoc financial models and reports to support decision-making- Lead or contribute to special finance-related projects as directed by the Director of Finance- Perform other duties as required in support of the finance functionQualifications:- CPA designation (or in final stages of completion)- 3-5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment- Strong working knowledge of ASPE and IFRS- Advanced analytical, organizational, and communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems; ERP experience is an asset- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and drive process improvementsWork Environment & Benefits:- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote- No overtime: sustainable workload with emphasis on efficiency- Summer Friday schedule: early finishes during summer months- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits- Stable, privately owned company with strong industry partnerships- Supportive team and professional development opportunitiesPlease send your resume in Word format to Milene Rizcalla at mrizcalla@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
