We are looking for either an experienced Head Pastry Chef and also able to discuss this amazing role with a current assistant pastry chef who is looking for their first opportunity to run their own team.
You must be a focused individual with high level experience. It is important that you hold an understanding for all pastry practices and innovative techniques and be currently working to the highest standards of a Rosette or Michelin starred Restaurant - be able to show a stable work history.
