Change Management Lead

Reporting to an AVP, the Program Change Management Lead would be responsible for applying the Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology throughout the entire lifecycle of a program or programs. They would provide an integrative lens to the change they manage.

In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the overall success of change management for the program, which contains sub-programs and projects with a high composite of risk. Your proven experience of understanding the business impact and value to the organization, delivering complex change and ensuring the change is sustainable is what sets you apart. The overall success of the program is measured by the realization of business value, client / stakeholder satisfaction, and the quality of results. As a recognized leader, you will provide leadership and direction to Business Sponsors in guiding them through the change process.
