Your main responsibility will be leveraging our custom business software to efficiently track, forecast, and process purchase orders. About the Role

As a Junior Buyer, you will play a key role in supporting our production operations by managing the procurement of both direct and indirect materials. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring cost‑effective purchasing while maintaining high standards of quality and on-time delivery. This position requires regular use of our custom business software to track, forecast, and process orders efficiently. You will execute purchase orders for domestic and international suppliers and collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, and Accounting teams to keep inventory aligned with production schedules and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Issue, modify, and cancel purchase orders to domestic and international suppliers and coordinate with Logistics for pickup.
• Receive order confirmations, update the system, and maintain open order reports.
• Manage the purchase ticket system to handle purchase requests for miscellaneous items.
