You're a Web Developer Intern.

Your primary role is to support the team, helping us create amazing user experiences on the web.

This term-limited co-op role is for students looking to gain experience in the digital marketing industry. You’ll learn from seasoned team members while supporting our delivery across a variety of technologies, platforms, and services. You’ll bring intuition and a level of independence to your work, while collaborating closely with the team—taking task assignments and direction from others.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities and deadlines can shift daily. You’ll be successful if you can track progress across multiple assignments, adapt to changing needs, know when to seek support or insight, deliver quality work, and grow throughout your term.

You’re also expected to live our values and model inclusive behaviours, helping foster an inclusive workplace where everyone feels a strong sense of belonging.

Responsibilities will include :

• Web development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Web development with PHP or other server-side scripting (such as ASP, JSP, NodeJS).
• Configuration of content management platforms such as WordPress, SharePoint, Contentful (others are possible).
• Assisting with website testing and verification, including broken links, HTTP server errors, and WCAG 2.0 AA compliance.
• Helping to document website information, including site inventory, versions, apps, and customizations for warranty and reporting purposes.
• Fulfilling our website maintenance obligations with regular site updates and by troubleshooting technical issues.
• Understanding basic source code management techniques.
• Communicating clearly and effectively with team members.

Hours : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Location : Bedford, Halifax

In-office Requirements : Hybrid. Interns are expected to be in the office Tuesday–Thursday, and on Mondays and Fridays as needed.

Duration : Four months (May 4, 2026 – August 28, 2026)
