As a Customer Engineer within the Entry‑into‑Service Program Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded at EIS and that our internal processes and technical knowledge are ready to support our engines in the field.

What will your day‑to‑day look like?

• Collaborate with engineering and customer service subject‑matter experts and strategy owners to monitor, track, and influence the EIS deliverables.
• Interface directly with OEMs, partners, and suppliers.
• Work under the guidance of CORE methods to define efficient and standardized best practices for future product EIS.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Create the MSG‑3 analysis for each powerplant system or Maintenance Significant Item (MSI).
• Review the analysis with the applicable Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and engineering specialists to confirm accuracy of the analysis and supporting rationale, identifying functions, failure causes and effects, and resultant maintenance tasks and intervals.
• Manage input from suppliers that may contribute portions of the MSG‑3 analysis and review their data with engineering specialists for accuracy.
• Attend MSG‑3 Working Group meetings and present the analysis to members; attend Industry Steering Committee (ISC) meetings.
• Collate progress updates for the Customer Service Chief Engineer and Program Design Approval Appointee (DAA).
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, OEMs, and airworthiness regulator agencies (TCCA, FAA, EASA).

What do you need to be successful?

This position is part of a French‑speaking work environment and requires a very good knowledge of English for daily reading and communication with international clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
