Anytime Fitness is looking for a passionate, driven, and people-focused Fitness Associate to work at our Langdon club. This role focuses on delivering exceptional member experience, driving membership and training sales, and building a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales – As a Fitness Associate, you will help create a positive first impression for potential members by greeting them warmly, answering questions, and sharing the benefits of joining Anytime Fitness. You’ll support the membership sales process by giving tours, assisting with basic follow-up, and clearly explaining how tools like the Anytime Fitness App and our Evolt body scanner can support members’ progress. Working alongside the club manager and training team, you’ll contribute to promoting personal training services and helping members feel supported from day one.
• Brand Promoters – Represent our brand with energy, professionalism, and pride—both in the club and in the community. Engage with members, create a welcoming environment, and support club activities.
• Team Builders – Help create a positive, welcoming environment for members while supporting the club team. Assist with day-to-day operations, share your passion for health and fitness, and encourage members in reaching their goals. Your energy, teamwork, and positivity will help make every member’s experience enjoyable and motivating.
• Day-to-day Operations – Keep the club running smoothly and provide a great experience for members. Assist with member check‑ins, help maintain a clean and safe environment, and support scheduling and club systems.

Starting at minimum wage, with a performance re‑evaluation after 3 months. Incentive opportunities are available for generating new membership sales, rewarding your efforts in helping grow our club. Compensation : $15.00 per hour.
