Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un *Chef de Section MAP (Quart de soir)* pour rejoindre notre équipe MAP Liaison Engineering basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les équipes Ingénierie, Méthodes, Opérations et Qualité.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe MAP Liaison Engineering qui est chargée de fournir des solutions d'ingénierie aux problèmes de production.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

• Vos défis : *
• Vous reporterez au Head of MAP Liaison. Votre équipe d'ingénierie sera responsable de la conception, de l'analyse et de la disposition des réparations pour les non-conformités en temps opportun, tout en maintenant l'intégrité de la conception, dans un environnement fortement axé sur le calendrier;
• Assurer le respect par l'équipe des procédures MRB et QA de l'entreprise;
• Être responsable de la gestion des besoins de développement et des ressources de votre département;
• Gérer votre équipe pour assurer une couverture / un soutien adéquat à la production, dans un environnement de travail qui nécessitera une couverture le deuxième quart de travail et le week-end;
• Interagir efficacement avec d'autres groupes d'ingénieurs et non-ingénieurs;
• Être responsable d'assurer l'alignement de votre groupe avec le système AIRBUS. Vous devez maîtriser, enseigner et imiter le Système à travers tous les leviers opérationnels (sécurité, qualité, productivité, développement humain et coût);
• En plus d'offrir un support MRB au quotidien, votre équipe participera au dispositif d'actions correctives, en proposant des modifications de conception, en lien avec l'atteinte des objectifs d'excellence;
• Vous devez inspirer les autres : engager votre équipe et maintenir un haut niveau de performance d'équipe.
• Votre profil : *
• Vous détenez un baccalauréat en génie aérospatial ou mécanique ou diplôme d'études Collégial;
• Vous avez un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience MRB. Expérience en conception en aérospatiale est un atout;
• Vous possédez une excellente connaissance de la structure de l'avion et des exigences techniques d'installation des systèmes;
• Une expérience en gestion dans un environnement aérospatial est un atout;
• Vous avez une compréhension des principes de la production au plus juste;
• Vous possédez les compétences nécessaires pour planifier et organiser afin d'assurer l'atteinte des résultats;
• Vous êtes une personne énergique avec d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, un sens élevé de l'engagement et une volonté d'accepter des responsabilités tout en agissant de manière indépendante dans un environnement d'équipe partenaire / fournisseur à haute pression;
• Vous êtes entrepreneur;
• Vous avez de solides compétences en communication écrite / verbale en français et en anglais.

You will be part of the MAP Liaison Engineering team responsible for / developing engineering solutions to support production.

• Your challenges : *
• Report directly to Head of MAP Liaison. Your engineering team will be responsible to design, analyze and disposition repairs for non-conformances in a timely manner, while maintaining design integrity, in a highly schedule driven environment;
• Ensure team adherence to company MRB and QA procedures;
• Be responsible for managing the development needs, and resources for your department;
• Manage your team to ensure adequate coverage / support to production, in a work environment that will require coverage on second shift and on week-ends;
• Interact efficiently with other Engineering and non-engineering groups;
• Be accountable for ensuring the alignment of your group with the Airbus Operating System. You must master, teach, and role model the System across all operational levers (safety, quality, productivity, human development and cost);
• In addition to offering day-to-day MRB support, your team will participate in the corrective action system, by suggesting design changes, in line with achieving excellence objectives;
• You must inspire others; engage your team and maintain a high level of team performance.
• Your boarding pass : *
• You hold a Bachelor in aerospace or mechanical engineering or Equivalent Technical Degree;
• You have a minimum of 5 years MRB experience. Design experience in Aerospace is an asset;
• You possess excellent knowledge of aircraft structure and system installation technical requirements;
• Experience in management within an aerospace environment is an advantage;
• You have an understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing;
• You possess the skills to plan and organize to ensure the attainment of results;
• You are an energetic person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high sense of commitment, and a willingness to accept responsibilities while acting independently in a high-pressure partner / supplier team environment;
• You are entrepreneurial;
• You have strong French and English written / verbal communication skills.
