Key Responsibilities : Coordinate employee schedules across multiple shifts. Manage inventory for production materials and finished products. Test new formulations, record observations / results, and adjust for optimal outcomes. Trial new molds and troubleshoot production issues. Resolve equipment issues in collaboration with maintenance and tool teams. Support the organization of the facility and ensure safe, efficient operation of production lines. Address employee disagreements and effectively mitigate conflicts before escalation. Recommend process improvements to enhance employee, plant, and production efficiency. Use computers, email, and manufacturing systems effectively. Utilize small hand and power tools for repair and maintenance as needed. Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Education and Work Experience Requirements : Ability to work independently and complete tasks within defined instructions, routines, and standard practices. Self-motivated, results-focused professional with the ability to interact professionally with customers, employees, and leadership. Required : Post-secondary education in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Preferred : Experience in foam or similar manufacturing environments. Physical Requirements : Maintain regular, punctual attendance. Ability to lift over 40 lbs.
