Job descriptionPromote Informatica products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories. Provide customer feedback for product, system, and process improvements. Subject‑matter expertise in selling Informatica products and services. Manage large, complex accounts with typically high quotas. Sell to senior‑level executives and CXO‑level decision makers. Broad expertise or unique knowledge to contribute to goal development. Industry knowledge of customer decision‑making processes and strategies. Understanding of business and technical contexts of main accounts. Mentor others in consultative effectiveness and building trust. Knowledge of hybrid deployment, data warehousing, database, and BI concepts. BA / BS or equivalent; 10+ years of relevant professional experience. Account Executive – Montreal (100% remote)
Bilingual (English & French) and experienced in selling software or SaaS in the Montreal Metro area and Province of Quebec. Report to the Regional Sales Director.
Responsibilities
- Expand sales within accounts and build relationships with decision makers.
- Develop strategic business plans for each account, identifying core customer requirements and mapping Informatica solutions.
- Document customer contact and activity data in CRM / marketing software.
- Accountable for accurate forecasting, revenue delivery, and execution of account plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop account plans, including events, seminars, roadmap sessions.
