Our award-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected.-Competitive wages -Competitive Health and Dental Benefits -Profit Sharing -RRSP match -Clean work environment -Work Life Balance -Career Growth and Advancement -Employee Recognition -Safe and Supportive Workplace -Community & Sustainability FocusSUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITYAssembles front and rear seat complete as well as sub assemblies by performing a variety of tasks with safety, quality, and productivity priorities in a team-oriented atmosphere.JOB DUTIES : -Using various types of hand tools and fixtures to assemble RU front and rear seats -Clean work area -Do tear downs as required -Do repairs as required -Restock work areas -Have the ability to assemble all other products manufactured by Integram-Windsor Seating -Follow rotation schedule where provided -Inform Supervisor / Team Leader of all stock shortages, quality and downtime issues -Follow O.D.S. -Follow all TS 16949 procedure -Identify all non-conforming product - Scan all product where applicable -Use proper FIFO for all product -Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and to the Occupational Health & Safety Act -Report to the Supervisor the existence of any hazards which could endanger himself, herself or any other worker -Participate in all safety training conducted by the company -Other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Ability to follow oral instructions. Prior experience in a production environment and use of hand tools. Worker reaches full productivity after short on the job training period. Must be able to work rapidly and still remain calm. Ability to stand, bend, lift for extended periods. Grade 12 or equivalent and training.Wage Range : $22.00 / hr - $31.44 / hrConfidentiality Confidentiality is critical for Magna, it’s Customers and Employees.
