Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time Permanent

Location : Williams Lake

Hourly rates are based off the BC Provincial Wage Guide / Years of

Experience

Schedule : Days / Nights available

Compensation & Perks :

Annual renewal coverage for LPN license with the BCCNM

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centered nursing care to residents

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments in compliance with BCCNM standards

Foster a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, families, and staff

Demonstrate excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications :

Permanent resident or citizen of Canada

Active LPN registration with the BCCNM (or in the process of obtaining)

Valid First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)

Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)

Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain)

Up-to-date immunizations, including proof of negative TB test

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow long term
