Job Opening : Experienced Operations Technician

Airswift is seeking an experienced Operations Technician with 7+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee well operations including gas-lifted wells, ESPs, and three-phase separation.

Manage gas compression, control board operation, and pipeline operation.

Perform minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.

Conduct regular checks, issue work permits, and interface with various support groups.

Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production.

Collaborate with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data.

Gather data in coordination with the Engineering team.

Track and analyze test compression data.

Conduct fluid level checks using echo meters.

Required Skills and Experience :

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a technical or functional role within the oil and gas sector.

Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in technology, applications, and procedures pertinent to well operations.

Ability to perform complex tasks and make decisions within broad operational parameters.

Strong technical and functional support skills, with less focus on administrative tasks.
