Pay Rate: $41-$45per hour (based on experience) + overtime pay plus $3000 signing bonus

Key Responsibilities: 310T Truck and Coach Technician

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on a fleet of school buses and related equipment.

• Perform regular preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety standards.

• Accurately document all work completed and communicate findings with the maintenance team.

• Use proper tools and safety practices to maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Stay current with new technology and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications: 310T Truck and Coach Technician

• Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License (required)

• Experience with fleet maintenance and mechanical repairs

• Solid understanding of tools, diagnostic equipment, and commercial vehicle standards

• Valid driver’s license and clean abstract

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
