Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our on-site team in Leduc, AB. The successful candidate will support daily pharmacy operations, assist with prescription processing, manage inventory, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced clinical environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with pharmacists and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, processing, and dispensing of prescriptions
• Enter and manage prescriptions accurately using Kroll pharmacy software
• Provide professional customer service in person and over the phone
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock organization
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Coordinate with pharmacists, prescribers, and patients to ensure smooth workflow
• Support overall pharmacy operations in a busy clinical setting
