A leading global energy and Oil & Gas organisation seeks a highly experienced  Affiliate Financial Advisor to join the Western Region Fuels Department, overseeing a dynamic portfolio of downstream joint ventures. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, ensuring strategic alignment, and optimising joint venture value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage joint venture governance, financial performance, and strategic alignment.
• Lead financial modeling, commercial evaluations, and capital planning.
• Represent shareholder interests in JV boards and steering committees.
• Support structuring, negotiation, and execution of joint venture transactions.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
