Building Operator (UNIFOR TEC Maintenance / Skilled Trades)

Role summary :

To directly monitor the day to day operational systems in the CF Toronto Eaton Centre Complex.

This position works a rotating -hour shift schedule.

What you will deliver :

• Assist tenants with problems related to HVAC and facilities operation
• Respond to fire alarms according to the standing procedures
• Perform preventative maintenance work and repairs on the HVAC equipment and equipment facilities as assigned by Senior Building Operator
• To monitor electronic hydro metering
• To monitor GE lighting control system
• Keep Operator Class I informed of important issues related to the operation of the complex and tenant requests
• Liaise with operations staff and supervisors
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor within the general scope of the work
• Respond and complete all relevant work orders.
