A leader in trailer rental, leasing, and maintenance solutions, Trailcon Leasing is currently hiring a Parts Coordinator at our  Brampton, ON  location.

Available Shift :   Monday – Friday

Position Summary

The Parts Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily parts operations by ensuring accurate inventory control, timely parts delivery, and exceptional customer service. This hands-on role involves working in both warehouse and outdoor environments, supporting mobile technicians, and maintaining organized parts inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in parts coordination within a heavy-duty or transportation environment.

What you will do as a Parts Coordinator :

  • Work to min / max ranges and communicate any regular deviations that may require changes
  • Communicate effectively and timely with technicians to assist with any parts requests and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ability to properly source parts when required
  • Perform regular cycle counts, with strong attention to detail
  • Receive, verify and put stock orders away accurately
  • Pick and prepare orders for mobile trucks & other locations
  • Input parts invoices in the computer system accurately
  • Create daily parts replenishment lists and report to the manager
  • Transfer parts in the system to mobile units in real time
  • Perform semi-annual inventory counts
  • Maintain warehouse and yard in a clean, safe and organized manner
  • Work in outdoor environments as required for yard inventory, mobile support, and parts handling with regular exposure to varying weather conditions
  • Lift and move parts on a regular basis weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Pick up and deliver parts as needed, ensuring accuracy and timelines, and ensuring cleanliness of yard sheds
  • Empty / load parts truck and keep it clean and organized
  • Other duties as needed / required
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum two (2) years related parts industry experience or equivalent Trailer parts experience in a heavy-duty transportation environment considered a valuable asset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
  • Strong computer skills in Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams), & Adobe
  • Minimum valid class G drivers license along with a clean driver abstract
  • Forklift experience would be a definite asset
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Handle occasional difficult customer interactions professionally]
