Qualifications & Key Competencies

The successful candidate will be an active practicing Catholic committed to the mission of Catholic education. Preference will be given to candidates who possess:

• Faith Leadership: A demonstrated commitment to Catholic doctrine and the ability to mentor staff and students in their faith journey.
• Educational Excellence: A proven track record of supporting instructional outcomes and a transformational student experience.
• Collaborative Spirit: A commitment to working within a collaborative team environment and building strong relationships with the Parish and parent community.
• Professional Credentials: A Masters Degree in Educational Leadership (or equivalent) and eligibility for an Alberta Leadership Quality Standard (LQS) Certificate.
• Leadership Experience: Previous successful administrative experience showing strong organizational and conflict-management skills.

Application Process

The competition will remain open until a successful candidate is found. Applications submitted by March 15 2026 will be given priority consideration. The successful candidate will begin leadership duties for the start of the 2026-2027 school year (or as mutually agreed).
