WHAT We NEED : Beyond Wireless is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist & Training Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our people and strengthening our workplace. In this hands-on role, you’ll get to an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to team member development, workplace culture, and HR operations in a growing organization.

WHAT You’ll DO :

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers in line with company policies and Ontario employment legislation
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and compliance materials
• Coordinate onboarding, training sessions, and internal development programs
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews
• Assist with HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture
