Job Description
This is a hands-on, senior-level role for a highly skilled Dental Laboratory Technician specializing in removable prosthetics, such as full and partial dentures. You will be responsible for end-to-end fabrication including setting teeth, processing, finishing, and performing repairs, relines, and adjustments.
As a key member of a custom, high-output dental lab, you will contribute to a craftsmanship-driven environment and collaborate closely with both colleagues and dentists. Roles and Responsibilities
- Independently fabricate full and partial dentures, from start to finish
- Perform relines, repairs, adjustments, and refinements to prosthetics
- Ensure each case meets strict quality standards for fit, function, and aesthetics
- Read and interpret dental prescriptions and work orders accurately
- Collaborate with dentists or team leads as needed to clarify specs or resolve challenges
- Participate in internal quality control, case tracking, and workflow improvements
- Contribute to a lab culture that values precision, consistency, and artistry
Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in removable prosthetics (minimum)Deep understanding of dental anatomy and occlusionExceptional manual dexterity, attention to detail, and visual aesthetic senseFamiliarity with analog lab tools and techniques; exposure to digital tools is an assetAbility to work independently in a custom job-shop manufacturing environmentComfortable reading lab prescriptions and production ordersEducation
