Job SummaryNeed Business System Analysis (BSA) having 7+ years of experience having knowledge of High Value Payments- Lynx, Wires, ISO20022, SWIFT Message, FedNow, Canada Payment Rails - Interac, RTR, along with technical knowledge of payment systems and should be proficient in Agile,

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various projects.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation using Confluence to track project progress and updates.
• Implement Jira for task management and tracking ensuring transparency and accountability in project execution.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and decision-making among stakeholders.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Monitor project performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders ensuring objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all business analysis activities.
• Support the development of training materials and conduct sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by driving projects that positively impact society through improved business processes.
