HR Generalist

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support all human resources functions within a busy manufacturing environment. This role acts as the strategic “people partner” on‑site, working closely with plant leadership to drive engagement, support recruitment, ensure compliance, and champion a positive workplace culture. What We Offer :

• Hourly Rate : $31.75-$41.50 based on experience and schedule.
• Flexible scheduling options – Preferred 5 days a week – Willing to consider 3 days (Mon / Thurs are mandatory)
