Job descriptionDemonstrated knowledge and operational support experience with Mainframe technology in a large scale environment similar as the Government of Ontario and 10+ years demonstrated experience in complex projects related to installation / setup, migrations and upgrades. Solid understanding of z / OS system internals, TSO / ISPF, JCL, JES2 / 3, and general mainframe architecture. Comfortable with utilities for security maintenance (e.g., IRRUT200 / IRRUT400, RLIST / SETROPTS). Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI DSS, HIPAA). Experience with access control best practices and risk management. Excellent communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.] Ability to translate technical security risks into business impact insights. 15+ years hands-on experience with IBM RACF administration in z / OS mainframe environments. Proficiency with IBM zSecure suite for RACF auditing and automation tasks. This position is listed as "Onsite"; the resource is expected to work between the standard working hours every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.

1. RACF Technical Expertise 40%
- 15+ years hands-on experience with IBM RACF administration in z / OS mainframe environments.
- Proficiency with IBM zSecure suite for RACF auditing and automation tasks.
