Nous recherchons un Consultant SAP FICO / Analyste d’affaires en finance dynamique pour jouer un rôle clé dans la cartographie des processus financiers et le soutien aux initiatives de transformation à travers les opérations mondiales de MRO.

Le candidat dirigera la cartographie des processus, l’analyse des écarts et la définition des exigences commerciales afin d’assurer la mise en œuvre réussie de SAP S/4HANA sur les sites mondiaux.

Responsabilités
  • Cartographier les processus financiers actuels (AS-IS) dans les opérations MRO et soutenir leur harmonisation à l’échelle mondiale.
  • Identifier les écarts, les opportunités d’amélioration et les changements requis en comparant les processus actuels à ceux de S/4HANA (TO-BE).
  • Coordonner et animer des ateliers de collecte d’exigences avec des parties prenantes globales et élaborer des récits utilisateurs pour la configuration de S/4HANA.
  • Aligner les besoins d’affaires avec le modèle global et les meilleures pratiques S/4HANA.
  • Contribuer à la définition des processus financiers futurs, incluant Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) et les flux spécifiques MRO.
  • Évaluer les options de configuration SAP FICO et présenter des recommandations aux leaders financiers S/4.
  • Soutenir les activités de nettoyage de données, de conversion et les tests d’acceptation utilisateurs (UAT) liés aux flux financiers.
  • Participer à la création de documentation fonctionnelle et de matériel de formation.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Finance, Opérations, TI et MRO pour assurer un alignement global.
  • Suivre l’avancement des exigences, risques, dépendances et livrables.

Compétences Essentielles
  • 5+ années d’expérience en finance, comptabilité ou transformation ERP.
  • 3+ années d’expérience avec SAP S/4HANA, idéalement dans SAP FICO.
  • Expérience démontrée en cartographie de processus et rédaction d’exigences commerciales/SAP user stories.
  • Solide compréhension des capacités financières de S/4HANA, des options de configuration et des meilleures pratiques FICO.
  • Capacité à cartographier les processus AS-IS/TO-BE et à réaliser une analyse d’écart structurée.
  • Connaissance de la gouvernance des données maîtresses, de la migration de données et des cycles de tests.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, autant avec les équipes techniques que d’affaires.
  • Capacité à animer des ateliers avec des parties prenantes globales.
  • Solides aptitudes analytiques, de documentation et de résolution de problèmes.

Compétences supplémentaires & qualifications
  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance, administration ou domaine connexe.
  • Désignation CPA ou équivalent — un atout important.
  • Participation pratique à des projets SAP S/4HANA Finance (implantation, migration ou transformation).
  • Expérience sur plusieurs flux financiers (R2R, P2P, O2C).
  • Connaissance du secteur MRO — un atout.

SAP FICO Consultant – Finance Business AnalystJob Description

We are seeking a SAP FICO Consultant / Finance Business Analyst to play a key role in mapping finance processes and supporting transformation initiatives across global MRO operations.

The successful candidate will lead process mapping, gap analysis, and business requirement definition to ensure successful deployment of SAP S/4HANA across international sites.


Responsibilities
  • Map current (AS-IS) finance processes across MRO operations and support global harmonization.
  • Identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and required changes between AS-IS and future (TO-BE) S/4HANA processes.
  • Coordinate and lead requirements-gathering workshops with global stakeholders and develop user stories for S/4HANA configuration.
  • Align business needs with the global template and S/4HANA best practices.
  • Support the definition of future-state finance processes including R2R, O2C, P2P, and MRO-specific value streams.
  • Evaluate SAP FICO configuration options and present recommendations to S/4 Finance leadership.
  • Support data cleansing, data conversion, and UAT activities for finance-related processes.
  • Contribute to documentation and training material creation.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and MRO leadership teams to ensure alignment.
  • Track progress against requirements, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or ERP transformation.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably in SAP FICO.
  • Strong experience in process mapping and writing business requirements/user stories for SAP projects.
  • Deep understanding of S/4HANA finance capabilities, configuration options, and best practices.
  • Ability to map AS-IS/TO-BE processes and conduct structured gap analysis.
  • Knowledge of data migration, testing cycles, and master data governance.
  • Excellent communication skills across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops with global stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.

Additional Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • CPA or equivalent accounting/finance designation preferred.
  • Hands-on involvement in SAP S/4HANA Finance projects (implementation, upgrade, or transformation).
  • Experience supporting multiple finance value streams (R2R, P2P, O2C).
  • Familiarity with MRO environments is an asset.
