Monday - Thursday : 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm

Friday : 9 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm

Your Role :

Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options

Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team

Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, andassistwith payment plans

Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care

Maintainaccuratepatient records and ensure smooth scheduling tooptimizechair time

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care

Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions

About You :

Previousclinicalexperience as a Treatment / Scheduling Coordinatorisrequired

Knowledge and understanding ofdental treatment plans and ability to educate patientsisrequired

Experience with dental software programs isrequired

Strongcustomerserviceexperience
