Customer Service Representative Temporary, Fixed-Term Contract Vernon, BC

Role Description

Kal Tire is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for a temporary contract role. As part of the CSR team, you will help drive sales growth and provide day-to-day support to the Retail Service Centre business unit. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice on the phone helping customers with their tire and wheel needs. You’ll answer customer inquiries, recommend products and solutions, book appointments, and create a positive experience for our customers. This temporary contract role will be based out of our Vernon, BC main office with March 9th start date.

Key Highlights of the Role

• 2-3 weeks paid training onsite in our Vernon Office and training facility.
• Support in-store teams by scheduling services, placing orders, and coordinating follow-ups.
• Build on product knowledge and recommend the right tires, wheels, after-sales service, and warranty programs.
• Promote customer loyalty through positive interactions and helpful service.
