Reporting to the Manager of Pharmacy, pharmacists at Brightshores Health System’s Outpatient Pharmacy practice to their full scope, delivering exceptional pharmacy services and collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes. In this role, you will assess prescriber orders for therapeutic appropriateness, considering indication, dosage, drug interactions, and other clinical factors. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the work of Registered Pharmacy Technicians and supporting patients during transitions of care.

Qualifications / Skills / Abilities
Required
