What your day to day will look like

• Performs work according to specific assembly and test work instructions giving necessary attention to the use and care of equipment tools and safe working practices
• Ensures assembled parts and details meet fits clearances backlash and other specified requirements that all checks are carried out and that records are kept of specific functional dimensions at assembly test and strip (disassembly)
• Ensures that quality and integrity of product is maintained at all times
• Executes engine test according to Test instructions
• Documents build test or strip (disassembly) activities to ensure smooth workflow and coordination between shifts
• Coordinates with Engineering staff and support groups for successful completion of the build and execution of the test and engine disassembly afterwards
• Assists in troubleshooting during assembly test or disassembly of engines
• Contributes to FOD prevention continuous improvement and EH&S (Environnent Health & Safety) cultures
• Shift work required (4 weeks days 2 weeks nights on rotation) alternate shifts may be required at times

The salary range for this role is 68610 CAD - 111880 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
