Physiotherapist (Sign on bonus)

Overview

This role is a full-time permanent Physiotherapist position at 780 Grant Avenue, Suite 103, Courtenay, BC. The role offers a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.00 and provides access to tools and resources to enhance your practice within an interdisciplinary team, with leadership guidance to help you achieve milestones in your career.

Responsibilities

• You will work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans directed toward maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being.
• You will manage and prioritize clinical caseloads and coordinate and deliver therapeutic services.
• You will participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet clients’ needs.
• You will promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders, and the community.

Salary range : $50.00-$150.00 per hour (Commission pay model).
