Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend functionality within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA/SiteGenesis).
• Design and implement integrations between Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Core (Sales/Service Cloud).
• Support commerce data flows and campaign integrations involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services supporting catalog, cart, checkout, pricing, promotions, order management, and customer data.
• Develop integrations with third-party systems including payments, OMS, ERP, CRM, and tax/shipping providers.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security across the commerce stack.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Support CI/CD processes and structured release cycles.

Required Qualifications

Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Primary Requirement)

• Strong hands-on development experience in SFCC (SFRA/SiteGenesis)
• Experience developing backend logic, custom cartridges, APIs, and integrations
• Deep understanding of commerce flows including catalog, promotions, checkout, and pricing

Salesforce Core (Sales/Service Cloud)

• Experience integrating commerce data with Salesforce CRM environments
• Knowledge of Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, data models, and platform integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations (customer journeys, triggers, campaign data flows)
• Understanding of commerce-to-marketing automation data pipelines
• Experience with Shopify Plus
• Experience with Amplience (headless CMS)
• API-first / headless commerce architecture experience
• Node.js or server-side JavaScript
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and microservices
