Position Overview: Restaurant General Manager

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for both staff and guests. Collaborating with the Management Team, you will drive success through strategic decision-making, operational leadership, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and excellence.
• Manage operations to optimize profitability while delivering a superior dining experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
• Bonus Program: $20,000 - $30,000 annually.
